We process orders in 2 to 3 business days, then it is 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the US. Shipping is free on every US order. Canada runs 3 to 5 days as well, and everywhere else is 6 to 10. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships, though give it 24 to 48 hours before the link starts showing movement.

We stock inventory in multiple warehouses across the US and your order goes out from whichever one is closest to you. That is the whole reason a 40-pound sweeper shows up in a few days instead of a few weeks. Canadian orders ship from our Canada warehouse for the same reason. You are never waiting on something to cross an ocean.

Take the tool out and actually use it. If it does not do what you bought it for, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you. No restocking fee, no arguing about whether you used it. To start one, email support@ironridgetools.com with your order number and what went wrong, and we will send return instructions. Wait for those before shipping anything back. Once it arrives and we have looked it over, the refund goes to your original payment method.

Within 24 hours of ordering, yes. Email support@ironridgetools.com with your order number and what needs to change. After 24 hours it has usually been picked and packed, and once it leaves the warehouse we cannot pull it back.

Most arrive partly assembled with the hardware and instructions in the box. Larger equipment like tow-behind sweepers and reel mowers takes 20 to 40 minutes with basic hand tools. Nothing needs special equipment or a second person.

We work with both. Bulk buyers running crews, properties or rental fleets, and resellers like retail shops, online sellers, equipment dealers and landscaping outfits buying for clients. Pricing is different from a single order and we sort it out on a call. Have these three things ready and it moves fast:
