Cancel/Change Order
At IronRidge Tools, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed so we can get them shipped out as quickly as possible.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order because it may have already started processing, been packed, or shipped out from our warehouse.

After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour cancellation or change window has passed, your order may already be processing or in transit.
