At IronRidge Tools, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused or lightly used
- In its original packaging, when possible
- Complete with all included parts, accessories, and manuals

Return Approval
All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
