Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Where Orders Ship From

To help provide faster delivery times, orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery location whenever possible.

United States orders ship from our USA warehouse.

Canada orders ship from our Canada warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after it has been sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. IronRidge Tools is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
